• The Website  has  been  established to  allow Students to  contact  Tutors  or  Tutorial  Centers and  to  view  their  profiles  detailing  a  Tutor's  experience.  We  do  not  issue  any  experience certificate to our registered members.
• The use of the Website by a Tutor, Tutorial Center or a Student shall be deemed acceptance of and agreement to these terms only.
• Any profile created showing irrelevant, political, illegal and porn interest will not be accepted in any condition.
• ReliableTutorsIndia.com  will  take  all  reasonable  precautions  to  keep  the  details  of  Tutors and Students secure but will not be liable for unauthorized access to the information provided by Tutors, Students and Institutes.
• A Tutor warrants that he is of at least eighteen years of age, has the necessary qualifications and/or experience to provide tuition in the subjects specified by the Tutor on the Website. 
• Through the use of this site, you agree to hold ReliableTutorsIndia.com harmless and its sponsors, owners, shareholders or employees against any claims.
• You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Sites, Content and Services. You  agree  not to  disclose  your  password to  any third  party. You  agree to take  sole  responsibility for  any activities or actions under your password, whether or not you have authorized such activities or actions.
• You may not make any content item originating from ReliableTutorsIndia.com available for public access by any means whatsoever without obtaining prior written permission from ReliableTutorsIndia.com.
• The  content  on  the  website  is  posted  by  ReliableTutorsIndia.com,  visitors  and  its  members. ReliableTutorsIndia.com  will  attempt  to  ensure  the  integrity  and  the  accuracy  of  the  Site  in  the  Content and  or  Services  but  it  does  not  guarantee  that  the  information  is  accurate  or  complete  or  current. ReliableTutorsIndia.com can not be held liable for inaccuracy of any data listed on the website or any damage caused by the use of inaccurate data. 
• ReliableTutorsIndia.com reserves the right to suspend or deactivate and delete any fake profile even it is a premium member. This is applicable for all tutors, students and tutorial centers.
• The management reserves the right to modify the Terms and Conditions at any time without any prior notification.
• These Terms will be subject to Indian Law and the jurisdiction of Indian Courts.
• A Tutor shall indemnify ReliableTutorsIndia.com from all claim liabilities costs and expenses (actual  or  consequential)  of  every  kind  and  nature  known  and  unknown,  suspected  and unsuspected disclosed and undisclosed arising out of any use by the Tutor of the Website. 
• A  tutor  and  a  tutorial  center  will  accept  full  responsibility  for  the  prices  quoted  for  their services on the Website and for collection of all fees due to the tutor from any Student. 
• A tutor and a tutorial center will not include personal email, contact numbers etc. in the form fields  like  Tutoring  Experience,  Tutoring  approach,  other topics.  Adding  contact  details  except specific fields is not acceptable in any condition and this kind of recurring attempt may suspend that profile.
• In responding to feedback of Students posted on the Website a Tutor shall not be personally abusive about a Student or his nominee. 
• A tutor and a tutorial center accepts full responsibility for all information published by him on the Website  and  shall  indemnify  ReliableTutorsIndia.com  in  relation to  any  liability  incurred  by them as a result of such information. 
• ReliableTutorsInidia.com makes no warranty that the sites, content, or services will meet your requirements or be available on an uninterrupted, secure, or error-free basis.
• ReliableTutorsInidia.com makes no warranty regarding the quality of any products, services, accuracy, timeliness, truthfulness, completeness or information purchased or obtained through the sites, content or services.
• A tutor and a tutorial center shall secure payment from a Student for services provided pursuant to a Contract direct and shall not seek to recover any payment from ReliableTutorsIndia.com.
• A  tutor  and  a  tutorial  center  hereby  acknowledges  that  ReliabeTutorsInida.com  are  not  liable to the Tutor for  reimbursement of any fees paid pursuant to these Terms  in the events of any cancellation of any Contract or Tuition for any reason. 
• A Tutor  acknowledges that  he  is  not  an  employee  of  ReliableTutorsIndia.com  and  accepts full responsibility for  all Income  Tax  and  other  liabilities  payable  in  relation to  any fees  generated from a tuition contract.
• A  tutor  or  tutorial  center  undertakes  to  register  for  the  ReliabeTutorsIndia.com  service  using accurate  and  current  information  about  him/her  -  including  correct  name,  address,  telephone number,  qualifications  and  any  other  requested  details.  A  tutor  or  tutorial  center  understands, details entered by them on the website will be publicly visible and may appear in search engines (Google, Yahoo, Bing etc.) results.
• Student acknowledges that it is his/her responsibility to verify the credentials and qualifications of any Tutor with whom he enters into or proposes to enter into a tuition contract. 
• The  members  (Tutors,  Students  and  Tutorial  Centers)  acknowledge  that ReliableTutorsIndia.com may use data for statistical analysis.
• The Members  acknowledge that ReliableTutorsIndia.com may monitor  postings to the Website and  communications  through  the  Website  and  have  the  right  to  delete  and/or  block  such postings or communications. 
• The Members warrant that their e-mail and other contact addresses are valid and will be and up to date when using the Website. 
• Members agree not to impersonate any other person or entity or to use a false name or a name that they have no authority to use. 
• Members acknowledge that ReliableTutorsIndia.com is not liable for direct indirect consequential or any other form of loss or damage that may be suffered by a Member through the use of the Website including loss of data or information or any kind of financial or physical loss or damage. 
• ReliableTutorsIndia.com does not guarantee to secure a Tutor for a Student or fix-up any tuition fees on behalf of any tutor or student. We do not provide any guarantee of the number of total enquiries/business, which a tutor or tutorial center will receive during their subscription period. 
• ReliableTutorsInida.com Privacy Policy forms  part  of  these  Terms  and  Conditions,  and  by agreeing to these Terms and Conditions, you also give your consent to the way we may handle your  personal  data  as  detailed  in that  policy. Given the  global  nature  of the World Wide Web, any  posting  on  the  ReliableTutorsIndia.com  service  (including  any  which  contain  personal information) is, of course, accessible to internet users around the world. 
• ReliableTutorsIndia.com  reserves  the  right  to  withdraw  or  modify  aspects  of  the ReliableTutorsIndia.com  service,  or  the  entirety  of  it,  where  we  have  legal  or  commercial reasons to do so. There may also be times when the ReliableTutorsIndia.com service becomes inaccessible as a result of technical difficulties experienced by ReliableTutorsIndia.om or on the Internet;  we  will,  however,  use  reasonable  skill  and  care  to  overcome  these  difficulties  where they are within our control. 
• In  case of uncertain events  causing  ReliableTutorsIndia.com  unable  to  partly  or  fully  execute the  Agreement  with  the  registered  tutors,  students  and  tutorial  centers,  the  company  will not  be  considered  failing  to  observe  the  obligations  of  the  Agreement,  and  will  not  bear  the responsibility for  any  inconvenience. Uncertain event  includes  events  such  as war  (whether the war is declared or not), emergency, server-breakdown caused by the transmission of a computer virus,  strike,  labor  dispute,  hacker's  attacks  on  the  server,  fire,  earthquakes,  flood,  typhoon, snowstorm,  volcanic  eruption  and  any  other  natural  disasters  and  other  unforeseen  events beyond the control of ReliableTutorsIndia.com. 
• ReliableTutorsIndia.com  solely  reserves  the  right  to  revise  or  change  the  subscription  rates without  any  prior  notification  and  refunds  will  be  given  at  the  discretion  of  the  Company Management.

THE  SITE,  CONTENT,  AND  SERVICES  ARE  PROVIDED  AS  IS,  WITHOUT  WARRANTY  OR  CONDITION OF  ANY  KIND,  EITHER  EXPRESSED  OR  IMPLIED.  IN  NO  EVENT  SHALL  ReliableTutorsIndia.com,  BE LIABLE  FOR  ANY  DIRECT,  INDIRECT,  INCIDENTAL,  SPECIAL,  PUNITIVE,  CONSEQUENTIAL  DAMAGES WHATSOEVER,  INCLUDING,  BUT  NOT  LIMITED  TO,  DAMAGES  FOR  LOSS  OF  PROFITS,  GOODWILL, USE, DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM THE USE OR THE INABILITY TO USE OUR SERVICES.
